[JOB] Junior Interaction Designers

Jr. Interaction Designers are involved in research, information architecture development, 

and interaction design to create engaging and usable products and applications. Jr. 

Interaction Designers are able to identify and communicate the business requirements
of our clients, the needs of their customers, and the context in which the two intersect.

Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and conduct user requirements analysis, information architecture
design, interaction design, and usability testing.

Design and specify user interfaces and information architecture using participatory and
iterative design techniques, including observational studies, customer interviews,
usability testing, and other forms of requirements discovery.
Produce user requirements specifications, user personas, use cases, task flows, and
design prototypes to communicate the recommended user experience to stakeholders.
Identify user requirements and work with the appropriate business units to create
appropriate documentation for implementation.
Conduct usability studies, paper prototyping, card sorting, etc. when appropriate.
Work closely with engineering and development teams to design innovative features
and functionality.

Requirements
Strong knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology, particularly as
applied to Web-based, desktop and mobile applications.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator,
OmniGraffle, and Flash.Knowledge of capabilities and limitations of Web technologies such as HTML 5,
JavaScript, AJAX, Flash, and CSS.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
